The trillion dollar tech company, Apple unveils a new store making its debut in Singapore, where its unique sphere-shaped store sits on top of the iconic Marina Bay waters, neighbor to Louis Vuitton’s Island Maison. Working with famous and successful architects Foster + Partners, the all-glass dome structure is made up of 114 pieces of curved glass, adjoined by only 10 narrow vertical mullions. Apple and its partnering architecture studio have also recently opened a new Bangkok flagship in the form of a glass drum just last month. Formerly occupied by the nightclub Avalon, customers will get to enjoy the 360-degree panoramic views of Singapore’s city skyline, making it a new and captivating retail experience that’s unique to Apple’s other 512 stores. How amazing is the stores design? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
