South Florida is about to witness another exceptional real estate development as the Cipriani family, known for their success with the sold-out Mr. C Residences in Coconut Grove, is unveiling West Palm Beach’s inaugural hotel-branded residences. In collaboration with Terra and Arquitectonica, brothers Maggio and Ignazio Cipriani are embarking on the construction of the 25-story Mr. C-branded condominium situated at 320 Lakeview Ave. This unique project will encompass a 110-room hotel and 146 private residences, with prices starting at $2 million. The Cipriani brothers have enlisted Landscape Design Workshop for the landscaping and Meyer Davis to oversee the interiors and amenity spaces.
Ignazio expressed his excitement, stating, “Mr. C represents a modern interpretation of old-world sensibilities, and my brother and I are very proud to add this exciting new location to our expanding brand. We are happy to align our vision once again with Terra, whose partnership and professionalism we value very much, and add a new relationship with Sympatico, whose reputation is well known in the South Florida market.”
The stylish tower will offer residences ranging from one to four bedrooms, with sizes spanning from 830 to 2,200 square feet. Depending on the floor, part-time residents and investors looking to offset expenses will have the opportunity to include their homes in the hotel’s rental program.
The property will boast a plethora of amenities, including a fitness center and spa, a yoga studio, a co-working lounge, a dog run, and a bocce court. A resort-style pool deck will feature cabanas, a children’s playground, and a barbecue area. Hotel guests will enjoy a Bellini café and restaurant, a library, in addition to a rooftop pool and jacuzzi.
David Martin, CEO of Terra, highlighted the appeal of Downtown West Palm Beach, describing it as one of South Florida’s most vibrant and rapidly growing neighborhoods. He added, “We’ve had strong sales at our Mr. C Residences project in Coconut Grove, and we’re excited to be partnering once again with Ignazio and Maggio for our firm’s first development in West Palm Beach.”
The Cipriani brothers, who currently operate Mr. C hotels in Miami, Beverly Hills, and New York City, have recently expanded their residential portfolio to include Dubai. Construction on the West Palm Beach project is scheduled to commence early next year, with completion anticipated in 2026. Douglas Elliman will lead the sales efforts, with the launch expected in November.
