Shamal Holding, based in Dubai, has officially declared its intention to unveil a Baccarat Hotel and Residences establishment in the heart of Dubai by the year 2026.
Originating in New York in 2015, Baccarat Hotels and Resorts marked its inception as the premier hotel and global flagship of the Baccarat Crystal brand, boasting a legacy spanning over 250 years.
This upcoming venture by Shamal represents the inaugural Baccarat property in the United Arab Emirates and is strategically positioned in Downtown Dubai.
The Baccarat Hotel and Residences Dubai draws inspiration from crystalline aesthetics and promises breathtaking vistas encompassing the Burj Khalifa, the Dubai Frame, the Al Fahidi Fort, and the Dubai Creek.
Embedded within a novel ultra-luxurious mixed-use development, the hotel will occupy Tower One, offering an opulent abode with 144 rooms and suites. Additionally, it will house 49 Baccarat-branded residences and an array of four gastronomic establishments.
The management reins of this prestigious project will be held by SH Hotels and Resorts, an affiliate of the globally recognized private investment firm, Starwood Capital Group.
Shamal Holding, the proprietor of this forthcoming marvel, is set to collaborate closely with H&H Development, a prominent Dubai-based real estate investor, developer, and asset manager. The architectural marvel will be crafted by Studio Libeskind, while the interior aesthetics will be meticulously designed by the renowned 1508 London. The structure, characterized by two angular towers, will showcase enchanting glass facades.

On a regional scale, beyond Dubai’s borders, another Baccarat hotel is confirmed to grace the Diriyah Giga project, situated in Riyadh.
