Gaggan Anand to Head Chef at LV The Place Bangkok: A Fusion of Fashion, Dining, and Culture

The renowned chef Gaggan Anand will be the head chef of “LV The Place Bangkok,” a new destination concept that includes an exhibition, café, store, and restaurant. Louis Vuitton is a French luxury fashion house.

Retail, dining, and culture are all integrated into the two floors of the downtown retail complex that houses Gaysorn Amarin’s experiential space.

The exhibition Visionary Journeys, which delves into Louis Vuitton’s history, is located on the ground floor. A room dedicated to celebrating 25 years of Louis Vuitton’s fashion history is adorned with iconic bag models, while late 19th-century trunks show how the brand got its start as a packer and trunk maker.

Situated on the ground floor as well, Le Café Louis Vuitton serves ice cream sandwiches, cakes, tarts, and parfaits all adorned with the iconic Louis Vuitton flourish.

The upper level of LV The Place Bangkok features men’s and women’s items that are only found here, as well as vintage furniture arrangements and artwork.

Additionally located on the upper level is “Gaggan at Louis Vuitton,” Louis Vuitton’s first restaurant in South Asia. Indian chef Gaggan Anand has created a culinary journey that is available for lunch and dinner.
