The 10th Anniversary of the Singapore Yacht Show (SYS), Asia’s leading yachting and boating lifestyle show is set to be held this year with a new and improved set-up. Following a record number of visitors at last year’s show, the 2020 Singapore Yacht Show is slated to be the biggest and best yet. The event, which was historically held in the Spring season, has been rescheduled for October 15 – 18, 2020 due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. To ensure the safety of guests, exhibitors, coordinators, and the well-being of the entire community, a date change was made respectfully considering all circumstances.
CEO of show organizer Verventia, Andy Treadwell, has said “It was hugely difficult for us back in February to take the decision to postpone our 10th Anniversary show just six weeks from opening day,” yet he is hopeful the rescheduled show will give the industry a boost by then.
While we have to hang on a few extra months to experience Asia’s most important boat show, we’re sure the event will be worth the wait. The 2020 Singapore Yacht Show will be held in the completely re-designed and rejuvenated ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove. For the first time, the entire show will be held on the water and directly around the marina for a completely immersive experience. Guests can easily navigate from air-conditioned booths to onboard the yachts themselves. Plus, exclusive events along with luxury product and lifestyle displays promise to be entertaining for the whole family.
Amels, Ferreti Group, and Sunseeker are among the group of exhibitors at the 2020 Singapore Yacht Show that you don’t want to miss! Check out some of the photos from previous exhibitions to get you excited about what’s to come.
