Louis Vuitton recently opened one of Maison’s largest standalone and renovated stores at Lenox Square Mall in Atlanta. This new design represents the maison’s foundation of heritage, innovative design, and craftsmanship. The new brick-and-mortar in Atlanta is situated on the 3rd floor of the shopping destination and will offer Louis Vuitton’s metiers, including men’s and women’s accessories, jewelry, ready-to-wear, fragrances, shoes, watches, and travel.
The space uses opulent materials and architectural design to visually depict the history and craftsmanship of Louis Vuitton while simultaneously showcasing the company’s cutting-edge innovation. The first and only Epi glass façade design ever found in the United States is a brand-new façade that is painstakingly built from large blocks of backlit glass embedded with stainless steel that has been shaped to resemble Louis Vuitton’s iconic Epi leather pattern.
Upon entering, visitors are greeted by a Nami Sawada work, a renowned Japanese artist, who created a petal ceiling installation made up of 300 organically shaped colored petals. Large sliding doors constructed of translucent glass and Marcel Wanders mesh wood separate the many thoughtful and intimate salons inside, which allow for unique client shopping experiences. The fixtures, walls, and ceiling are all curved, making the space soft and fluid.
Customers can find both modern and vintage Louis Vuitton designs all over the Louis Vuitton Lenox Square store. All product categories feature items from the entire Louis Vuitton range, including special hard-sided items, fragrances, watches, jewelry, and Objets Nomade pieces. This includes ready-to-wear for both men and women as well as handbags, accessories, and shoes.
Louis Vuitton’s historical tradition of hand-crafted customization is prevalent through an on-site artisan who works closely with customers to create custom artwork on hard-sided items and a hot-stamping service, which gives customers the chance to personalize a variety of leather goods. These two services are the pinnacle of bespoke luxury.
