The music sensation’s new home is located next to Kris Jenner’s in the Madison Club, where he gained entry through an off-market 2023 transaction.
It has only recently come to light that Justin Bieber and his wife, well-known model and socialite Hailey Rhode Bieber, paid $16.6 million for an opulent estate behind the guarded gates of The Madison Club, arguably the most celebrity-beloved enclave in California’s Coachella Valley, which is themed after a desert resort. Records reveal the transaction was finalized last year.
Bieber’s new holiday house faces west and is bordered by residences belonging to other well-known celebrities. Kris Jenner owns an ultra-contemporary estate right next door, and Kylie Jenner has an even larger custom-built home two doors away.
A few other well-known Madison Club members are Scooter Braun, Phil Knight of Nike, Adele, Tim Cook, and Kourtney Kardashian. Residents can enjoy all of the elite features of the golf community, including a clubhouse, five-star dining, spa services, a Tom Fazio-designed golf course, and much more, with monthly HOA dues of $1,652.
Constructed in 2009, the residence was previously sold for $6.3 million to investor Alon Abady of Beverly Hills. Abady profitably flipped the property to Bieber in just four years, selling it for more than twice his initial purchase price.
There are few images and limited facts because the house was never put up for sale. However, aerial photos make it evident that during Abady’s four years of possession, the house, which was originally influenced by French architecture, underwent a sleek, modern makeover.
Most significantly, he added a massive, nearly Olympic-length infinity pool that spans the whole width of the backyard in place of the previous outdoor swimming pool. A detached guesthouse, two independent motor courts with space for well over a dozen automobiles, AstroTurf lawns, a sports court, and a backyard fire pit are all included.
The expansive single-story home has around 10,000 square feet of living space, with seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, according to tax documents. Naturally, the 1.02-acre property is gated and fenced for privacy. Mature Italian cypress trees line the driveway on both sides.
