San Francisco based Truffle Shuffle is continuing their #CookTogether Virtual Classes with a legendary collaboration including Raekwon and Method Man of Wu Tang Clan.
The latest virtual cooking class hosted by Truffle Shuffle will take place on Sunday March 28th and focuses on a special Saffron Paella dish. As always, the class includes live instruction from Truffle Shuffle’s expert Michelin trained chefs, and delivery of all the ingredients you’ll need to chef up an incredible meal. In this instructional 90-minute session, you will learn how to make the fluffiest Bomba rice, develop the best Socarrat (crispy bottom), and make sangria. The sweet floral taste of natural saffron will add a world of flavor to this hearty dish with chicken, shrimp, and asparagus. Each kit generously serves two people, and you have the option to add fresh truffles to your order. Plus this week you’ll be joined by Raekwon in the 2pm PST session, and Method Man in the 5pm PST session for an even more entertaining celebrity experience.
