NetJets will open new dedicated private jet terminals for its customers in Dallas, Washington, D.C., and Colorado, while expanding its existing facility in West Palm Beach. NetJets outlined these plans as part of a broader expansion of its private terminal network in the United States.
The Dallas Love Field complex will cover nearly 114,000 square feet and is set to open in late 2028. Developed in partnership with Signature Aviation, the site will include a private terminal, a second NetJets Service Hub hangar, and additional parking. The lounge will incorporate a Southwest-inspired design with stone and natural materials. The facility will have a dedicated airside gate. NetJets reports that flight activity at Love Field has risen more than 25% since 2022.
At Washington Dulles International Airport, NetJets will redesign the lower two floors of a three-story Signature Aviation building to create a dedicated area of more than 14,000 square feet for its clients. Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2027. The company plans to connect both levels with a new grand staircase and provide a lounge with ample seating, a family room, and private VIP suites. Dulles is consistently among NetJets’ top five destinations.
In Colorado, NetJets expects its new facility at Rifle Garfield County Airport to be ready for use by early 2027, ahead of planned runway renovations and closures at Aspen. The 6,000-square-foot terminal, built in partnership with Vantage Aviation, will include a lounge with mountain views and natural materials reflective of the region. A new hangar will support winter operations and increase reliability during peak travel periods.

NetJets is also expanding its private terminal at Donald J. Trump International Airport in West Palm Beach, its fourth-busiest airport. The facility will grow by 50% to 15,000 square feet, with expanded accommodation, additional vehicle parking, and increased ramp space for NetJets aircraft. The company is working with Signature Aviation on the transition to the larger exclusive-use space.
Patrick Gallagher, President of NetJets Aviation, said, “As Owner demand continues to grow across key business, leisure, and seasonal destinations, NetJets is investing in the infrastructure to deliver an unmatched experience while supporting the service and reliability our Owners expect where they fly most.”
NetJets says the latest additions bring its total number of private terminals, either open or in development, to 15. The company says these exclusive-use facilities provide greater privacy, premium amenities, and personalized assistance from dedicated on-site service representatives. Each terminal is designed to reflect the character of its region, with inviting lounges and VIP conference spaces.
NetJets’ expansion brings its exclusive-use facilities to nine of the thirteen busiest private jet airports in the country, including all six of the top locations for private aviation traffic: Teterboro, Love Field, Westchester County, Donald J. Trump, Dulles, and Las Vegas Harry Reid. The company also maintains a presence at airports such as Scottsdale, Van Nuys, and Naples, which rank among the busiest for private jets. Recent filings indicate that Austin, Texas, may also see a dedicated NetJets terminal in the future.
The Dallas site will add a second service hub hangar to the maintenance hangar that opened in 2021, expanding NetJets’ operational footprint at Love Field. At West Palm Beach, the new terminal will increase its footprint from 10,000 to 15,000 square feet, and the site will offer more parking and ramp space for aircraft. The Rifle terminal is being constructed from the ground up, and the company expects it to help maintain reliable winter operations as Aspen’s airport undergoes upgrades.
The company describes its terminals as providing NetJets-only spaces with lounges, conference rooms, and design elements that reflect each region’s style. Dedicated NetJets Service Representatives are on site to assist with every detail of arrival and departure, aiming for a personalized experience for each traveler. The Dulles terminal will include a family room and private suites. The Rifle location will offer mountain views from its lounge.
The magazine has previously reported on airport lounges that provide the highest levels of privacy.
