Beyond Imagination: Explore the Dazzling Fusion of Nature and Luxury in the Dunes Superyacht!

The ship, appropriately named Dunes, is reminiscent of the Lençóis Maranhenses National Park’s arid terrain. The marine industry seems to have succumbed to the craze for Dune.

A brand-new superyacht concept that appears to have been inspired by Denis Villeneuve’s science fiction epic was recently revealed by Touch Studio. It sounds like a perfect place for the Fremen. This protected area is well-known for its expansive desert landscape of towering, white dunes and striking rainwater lagoons.

According to a statement from the designers, Timothy Baldacci and Veronica Vergari, “The yacht’s design harmonizes the sleek and precise lines of the water’s surface with the sinuous contours of the dunes.” “The yacht’s form finds its expression in these curvatures, where the wind has etched its distinctive shapes, embodying the enchanting force of nature.”

Dunes has a white hull and a sandy-colored superstructure in addition to a sleek, elegant silhouette. Her most notable feature is her stern, where two movable aft terraces combine to form a sizable beach area that is attached to the sea. The interior lounge is connected to the ocean by another set of fold-out platforms that are placed a little bit further forward.

The designers state, “Everyone on board will feel this dual sense of freedom and connection as Dunes becomes one with the marine environment.”

There are lounges and alfresco dining areas scattered throughout the rest of the cascading aft decks, and a touch-and-go helipad on the long foredeck allows for easy arrivals and departures on the high seas. The upper deck’s curved seating and Jacuzzi are the cherry on top.

In terms of interior volume, Simply Custom yachts provide 2,500 to 2,700 GT for the living areas. Although the arrangement can be customized for the owner, the vessels normally feature six guest cabins on the main deck and an owner’s suite on the upper deck.

In terms of performance, Simply Customs features hybrid diesel-electric propulsion systems that can run on low-carbon biofuels, as well as extremely efficient hulls designed by Lateral Naval Architects.

The Simply Custom series, which was introduced at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show in October of last year, consists of 17 boats that various designers have customized. To date, yachts created by Espen Øino, H2 Yacht Design, Hot Lab, Nuvolari Lenard, and Enrico Gobbi have been unveiled by Oceanco. Over the next several weeks, more concepts will be made public.
