Dubai property developer Binghatti has teamed up with Jacob & Co to construct the world’s tallest residential skyscraper in Dubai: The Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences. This new project marks the beginning of a new era in uber-luxury living, with unique architectural features designed in the recognisable style of luxury watchmaking and jewelry brand Jacob & Co. The diamond-shaped spires sitting at the top of the tower are reminiscent of an actual crown, inspired by the design of Jacob & Co’s finely cut gems.
The Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences tower will be built in Dubai’s financial district, Business Bay and it will be packed with top-of-the-line amenities such as: an infinity pool overlooking the entire Dubai skyline, a luxury spa, a gymnasium, a fully serviced concierge team, a private member’s club and high-spec penthouses.
On top of that, the people who buy a condo in the building will also have access to a limited-edition jewelry and timepieces collection by Jacob & Co.
The final height of the Burj Binghatti hasn’t been revealed yet, but we know that New York’s Central Park Tower currently holds the record for tallest residential building with a height of 472 meters. The highest residential building in Dubai, The Princess Tower, stands at 393 meters.
