Rosé Is Not Only For Summer: Discover Sonoma-Cutrer’s New Rose of Pinot Noir Perfect For Celebrating Valentine’s Day

To kick off 2021, award-winning California winery Sonoma-Cutrer announces the arrival of the 2020 Rosé of Pinot Noir.

Despite a challenging year, the talented winemakers at Sonoma-Cutrer have produced a superior Rosé with fruit from Vine Hill Ranch located in the heart of the Russian River Valley, and Owsley Estate. Presenting in a perfect pale pink color, the grape clusters were destemmed and crushed leaving the juice in direct contact with the skins for a short period of time to achieve this special hue. Each batch of rosé was fermented separately in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures to protect the delicate aromas and flavors. Now fresh Rosé can be enjoyed even in the middle of winter, with the new Rosé of Pinot Noir.

The winemaker recommends pairing this Rosé with Spicy Ahi Poke, Margharita Pizza, or Crab Cakes with Sriracha Mayo. So make Valentine’s Day a memorable one this year with an intimate dinner at home or picnic in the park with hints of Sonoma-Cutrer pink in your glass.
